Este artículo tiene importantes conceptos sobre el seudo-trotskismo de hoy; el más importante es el párrafo titulado "The more successful the anti-militarism agitation becomes, the more rapid will be the growth of the fascist danger" ( cuanto más éxito la agitación anti-militarista obtiene, tanto más rápido crece el peligro fascista). Aunque yo no coincido con todos los conceptos del artículo, el mismo merece ser traducido al castellano.
